Penserra’s Virtual Internship Day was an unqualified success. Over 230 registered participants, primarily collegiate juniors and seniors from the U.S. but many as well from Europe, Canada, Asia and South Africa, attended this day-long informational event. Afterwards, participants were asked to complete a follow-up survey and were presented with helpful resources to inspire their interests in pursuing careers within the institutional investment industry.
Twenty-four Penserra employees from five investment service lines, from CEO George Madrigal to our newest hires, presented detailed investment information, compelling background stories and supportive career advice. They received over 80 queries from participants, and by the end of the day had collaborated on what became a tremendous team building event.
