An Administrative Assistant you will provide all levels of administrative support to the CEO, COO & other senior managers in the firm. You will provide support with day-to-day office management and on tasks related to the responsibilities of each staff member.

What You Will Be Doing
• Manage the office by ordering supplies; ordering daily lunches; handling mail, errands, and calendar schedules, etc.
• Assisting in planning office events.
• Facilitate office operations, procedures, and trainings.
• Perform HRIS/Accounting data entry and personnel file maintenance.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees.
• Complete special projects as assigned.

What We Look For
• Associates Degree or minimum 2 years administrative experience

Corporate Title: Associate/VP
Assignment: Full Time (Permanent)

Penserra’s Asset Management team provides sub-advisory services to 3rd party ETFs. Penserra currently manages $5 billion in assets across a broad array of ETFs.

• Between 3 and 10 years of experience in the financial field preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), Bloomberg skills preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Must have good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently with the utmost attention to detail under stress.
• Ability to manage and evaluate large sets of data across a variety of inputs.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while producing high quality work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desirable:
o Working knowledge of index methodologies and portfolio construction.
o Working knowledge of capital markets and portfolio management theory.
o Familiarity with indexing and exchange traded funds.
o Experience in computer science/coding.

• Manage all aspects of ETF portfolios including index changes, corporate actions, cash management, and basket creation; ensure that portfolios track within performance expectations.
• Responsible for the daily reconciliation of the fund versus both the index and accounting holdings.
• Manage index provider relationships and responsible for accurate implementation of index methodology best practices

• Use various investment vehicles and trading strategies to meet a desired investment objective.
• Attribute fund performance and understand sources of portfolio risk relative to the benchmark.
• Acquire & apply new skills to improve fund performance and internal processes.
• Assist in service offerings and client support.
• Use market experience and knowledge to improve systems and investment processes along with providing detailed documentation.
